Shipping & Returns

All online orders will be shipped with Canada Post unless otherwise specified.

Canada Post shipments are only scheduled once per week on Tuesday.

  • All orders received before 11:59 PM (PST) on Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday

Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat $15 shipping rate.

Shipping times vary depending on location, but are roughly as follows:

  • 2-3 business days (BC, Alberta)
  • 3-4 business days (Sask - Man)
  • 4-5 business (Rest of Can)

We currently offer shipping to Canadian addresses only.


Unless we receive a request to delay the first shipment, subscription orders will begin shipping according to the rules noted above. After the first shipment, orders will continue to ship on Tuesdays weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly thereafter for the duration of the subscription.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee, tea, or gift cards.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of the item will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds will be issued once a returned item reaches us and can be inspected for signs of use and/or damage.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
