Dry-processed coffees are quite controversial. Their flavour is often intense and exceptionally a-typical. Because this method involves drying the coffee cherries with fruit on, it makes the coffee more susceptible to defects. However, we think that this Grade 1 lot showcases a high-quality execution of the dry-processing method. We hope you think so too!
