Dry-processed coffees are quite controversial. Their flavour is often intense and exceptionally a-typical. Because this method involves drying the coffee cherries with fruit on, it makes the coffee more susceptible to defects. The Aricha mill has a long history of producing outstanding coffee, both washed and natural process. Around 700 producers regularly contribute to this buying station.
