Perdomo is a very special and familiar coffee for us at Matchstick as this marks the ninth year we have purchased this coffee. Every year Dilmer Perdomo produces some of our favourite coffee, often scoring near the top in the annual Monserrate Coffee Competition. More than an excellent producer of coffee, he is a father, and an active leader in his community and we are proud to offer his coffee once more.
