Fredeslinda Calle Jimenez is a second generation coffee farmer currently operating on three hectares of their family farm “Agua Cristalina.” As with most smallholder farmers coffee production is both a necessity and critical source of income. We are grateful for the work Fredeslinda has put into developing her craft and are proud to offer it in our cafes and on our bar.
